COCo participated on the debates that took place during COMPSAC Symposium on Computer Education and Learning Technologies, in Taichung, Taiwan, 2nd and 3 July 2015.

The symposium brought together various promoters of open educational resources in the world, with a framework proposed to the IEEE that, especially under the leadership of its former President Sorel Reisman, also responsible for the MERLOT project, appears as an important factor in the field.
